We have a selection of properties both for sale and to let in the Bay of Roses in the Northern Costa Brava. We are based in Empuriabrava, a beautiful beach resort built around a network of canals with many properties having their own mooring. We are only 40 minutes from the nearest airport of Girona which is served by the low cost airline RyanAir. The nearest station of Figueres (home of the famous Dali museum) is only a 15 minute drive and there is a regular train service to Barcelona, taking approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. Winter skiing resorts can be found in the Pyrenees, approximately a 2 hour drive.

Our rental properties are available all year round, although the peak rental period is during July and August. As we live here in Empuriabrava, we are always on hand to answer any questions you may have during your stay and offer any help as required. We can also arrange collection from Girona Airport for our clients at a price of 60 euros (maximum 4 people). For collection from other airports or train stations, please contact us for a price.
There are many local festivals held here throughout the year and we update our site regularly with information about these events. You can check availability of our properties by clicking the availability button and this will take you to the calendar.
We also advertise properties which are for sale in the area. This is not a complete listing and if you have any specific requirements, please fill in the enquiry form and e-mail it to us. We can then search for properties via local estate agents in the area.

In addition we offer a property management and maintenance service for owners and can offer advice regarding buying and selling property in Spain as well as help with any legal issues.
