The Aqua Brava water park is situated on the road to Cadaques, between Empuriabrava and Roses. It is open between June and September and has the largest wave pool in Europe.

Situated in a quiet, tree-lined road, but close to the centre of town, the property has 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms, separate fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, microwave, good selection of cookware, crockery, glasses and cutlery, a spacious and comfortable lounge, with 2 large settees, one being a bed-settee, and with patio doors leading to the terrace which is semi-covered with dining table and chairs. The property benefits from air conditioning and double glazing. Outside is an enclosed mature garden with olive and palm trees and swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m). There is also secure parking.

1075 euros (approx £750)per week May, June & September 2008

Returnable security deposit of 300 euros is taken at time of booking and returned within a week of departure direct into your bank account.
Prices include all linen and towels. No charge is made for a final clean provided the property is left clean and tidy.
Travel cot available to rent at 15 euros per week (excluding bedding).
Please note that we can arrange collection from local airports to the property. For example, from Girona - 65 euros (up to 4 people) and 15 euros per person above (maximum of 6 persons).

SLEEPS 4-6. A 2/3 bedroomed house situated in a quiet cul de sac road, overlooking one of the many waterways in the centre of Empuriabrava and with option to rent the 10 metre mooring. The house is nicely furnished, has a large lounge/diner with air conditioning (hot and cold) and patio doors leading onto a terrace with table and chairs and barbecue. Steps lead down to the canal and the mooring. There is an American style kitchen with fridge/freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fans, one with terrace overlooking the canal, the 2nd/3rd bedroom being a family room to sleep 2/4 people. There is a separate toilet and shower room with washing machine.
The property is centrally located, within walking distance of the beach, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Rental prices:
From 400 - 850 euros per week
Boat Mooring (10 metres): 100 euros per week

The property has 2 double bedrooms, both with balconies, one overlooking the waterways. There is an American style fully fitted kitchen, with lounge leading onto the balcony with views over the waterways. A short walk will take you to the beautiful sandy beach and there is also a complex nearby with restaurant, cafe, supermarket where you can also buy daily English newspapers, with bakery supplying fresh bread, and there is also an outdoor swimming pool (small charge applies). The centre of town is only a five minute drive where you will find a larger selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, the main beach is also here with a variety of watersports.

Why not come to Empuriabrava for Christmas???
With cheap flights into Girona and only a 2 hour flight from the UK, Empuriabrava is the perfect choice for a winter break.
You can rent a 2 bedroomed villa in Empuriabrava for this period for 850 euros per week and we also have available small houses and apartments.
With the warmer and sunnier climate of Spain, what a lovely way to spend a couple of weeks away from the British winter. There is plenty going on here over the festive period with many restaurants offering special Christmas and New Year meals. You can also go and see the Christmas lights in Barcelona (only an hour and 20 minutes by train from Figueres) and visit the Dali museum in Figueres or the lovely old city of Girona, only a 30 minute drive away.
