The property has air conditioning, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 singles), newly fitted bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit with wash basin and washing machine, spacious lounge/diner and fully fitted American style kitchen, complete with dishwasher.Patio doors lead out onto a terrace with table and chairs and there is a spiral staircase leading up to a large roof terrace with sunbeds, barbecue area and conservatory. The beach is an easy 5 minute stroll from the property and there is also a leisure complex a few minutes away with large outdoor swimming pool, cafe, restaurant, supermarket with fresh bread and daily English newspapers.
RENTAL PRICE: 650 EUROS/WEEK (AVAIALBLE AUGUST ONLY)
Returnable security deposit of 200 euros is taken at time of booking and returned within a week of departure direct into your bank account.
Prices include all linen and towels. No charge is made for a final clean provided the property is left clean and tidy.
Travel cot available to rent at 15 euros per week (excluding bedding).
Please note that we can arrange collection from local airports to the property. For example, from Girona - 65 euros (up to 4 people) and 15 euros per person above (maximum of 6 persons).
Booking can be made via email. We require 50% deposit to secure the booking with the balance being paid 8 weeks before arrival.
